Hi, I'm Bev. I'm a holistic coach, breathwork teacher, meditation instructor, and Reiki practitioner. I work with women at a crossroads: navigating burnout, life transitions, chronic illness, grief, and identity shifts. My role is to help you get clear on what's actually going on, work through what's keeping you stuck, and find your way forward on your own terms.
I built the Wayfinder programme as I believe lasting change doesn't happen by thinking harder. It happens when you learn to work with your whole self: your mind, your body, and the deep knowing that lives somewhere beneath all the noise.
My sessions are honest, warm, and practical. I'll challenge you when it's useful. I'll take your pace seriously. And I will never tell you to just think positive.
