Wayfinder is a 12-week 1:1 holistic coaching programme designed specifically for women at a crossroads. Not a course. Not a group programme. Twelve weeks of focused, personalised coaching support, built entirely around you.
These 12 weeks are your discovery phase. Who are you, underneath the roles, the burnout, the expectations, and the life that happened to you? What do you actually want? What's been running underneath all of it?
The course you chart after that, the direction you choose, the life you build from here, that belongs to you. The 12 weeks give you the self-knowledge to do it with confidence.
It works on two levels simultaneously, because real, lasting change requires both.
Inner work: getting clear on what you actually want, untangling the patterns keeping you stuck, and rebuilding trust in your own instincts.
Body work: using breathwork, body scan meditation, and somatic practice to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and help you feel grounded enough to move.
The body work is what makes the inner work land. You can have all the insights in the world, but if your nervous system is locked in survival mode, genuine change is nearly impossible.
We work with your whole self, mind, body, and the wisdom that lives somewhere between the two, because that's where the answers actually are.
This isn't a collection of random sessions. Each week builds on the one before, a deliberate, structured path that takes you from overwhelmed and disconnected to grounded, clear, and ready to chart your own course.
Week 1: A Wholesome Foundation
We ground into the journey together and begin to understand the connection between your body, mind, and the patterns running underneath. You'll complete a CO2 tolerance breath test so we can track how your nervous system shifts over the programme.
Week 2: Meditation Principles
Accessible, practical meditation: no emptying your mind required. You'll build genuine inner calm and steadiness you can carry into everyday life.
Week 3: Breathwork Foundations
Your first breathwork toolkit: three foundational breath rhythms to support your energy, balance, and calm in daily life. Most people are surprised by how quickly this works.
Week 4: Mindfulness in Real Life
Learn to catch thoughts, notice emotions without being swept away, and return to yourself, gently and repeatedly. This is mindfulness that actually fits into a real life.
Week 5: Daily Rhythms and Rituals
We look honestly at what's draining you and replace it with nourishing practices that fit your actual life and energy, not a version of your life you wish you had.
Week 6: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)Tapping to process and release anxiety, stress, and the emotional patterns that keep looping. Practical, evidence-based, and often surprisingly powerful for people who weren't sure about it.
Week 7: Reiki and Reiki Drumming
A deeper session combining Reiki energy with drumbeat rhythm to release blockages, soothe your nervous system, and help you access your own inner guidance.
Week 8: Yogic Philosophy
Ancient principles made genuinely practical for modern life. Understanding these shifts how you relate to yourself, and to what's hard.
Week 9: Somatic Movement
Gentle, guided movement to free stored tension, reconnect with your body's intelligence, and release what you've been carrying. The body holds things the mind hasn't processed yet. This is where we work with that.
Week 10: Inner Child Work
Meet and nurture the parts of you that got left behind. Heal old patterns with compassion rather than effort. Reclaim something you may not have felt in a long time.
Week 11: Conscious Connected Breathwork
A deeper guided breathwork journey: one of the most powerful tools available for emotional release, clarity, and genuine reconnection to self.
Week 12: Integration and Your Wayfinder Path
Closing ritual, deep reflection, and a mapped pathway for what comes next. You leave with clarity, a toolkit of navigation instruments that are yours to keep, and the self-knowledge to chart your own course, long after the programme ends.
