 Your session may include:
• Emotional Healing Layout – identifying emotional blocks, transforming them through guided visualisation, and releasing them from the body
• Physical Healing Protocol – exploring the emotional roots of physical symptoms, connecting with stored energy, and clearing it with crystal placement and energy work
• Soul-Aligned Healing – connecting to what’s holding you back on a deeper level and aligning with your true path

You’ll be guided into a calm, meditative state with soft music as the crystals work.
Reiki may also be included to support flow and integration.

This session offers a safe, compassionate space to be seen, supported, and gently guided back into balance.

As you rest comfortably on the treatment table, a frame drum is rhythmically played over and around your body, helping to shift energetic blockages, soothe your nervous system, and guide you into a meditative, journey-like state.

Each session is intuitively guided and may include:
• Reiki hand placements before and after drumming
• Energetic support for physical or emotional pain
• Anchoring affirmations into the body
• Personalised visualisations or healing meditations

This is a powerful, grounding experience that invites stillness, release, and reconnection, perfect for those seeking a deep energetic reset and spiritual realignment.
